Refund policy

RETURN&EXCHANGE

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.  Requests made after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

  • **General Conditions**To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:- Original packaging must be included and in good condition.  

    - Tags must still be attached and not removed.  

    - The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.  

    - No signs of wear (such as stretching or fabric damage).  

    - No perfume or other strong odors.  

    - No stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or any visible dirt or damage.Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their own cost.**Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items**For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and **cannot** be returned or exchanged:- Intimate or close-fitting garments (e.g., lingerie, bodysuits, underwear).  

    - Custom-made or personalized items.  

    - Any item marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.**How to Request a Return**

  • If you would like to request a return or exchange, please contact us at qena.atelier@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of the item.  - Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
