You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Requests made after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

**General Conditions**To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following conditions:- Original packaging must be included and in good condition.
- Tags must still be attached and not removed.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- No signs of wear (such as stretching or fabric damage).
- No perfume or other strong odors.
- No stains, makeup marks, deodorant marks, or any visible dirt or damage.Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at their own cost.**Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items**For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are final sale and **cannot** be returned or exchanged:- Intimate or close-fitting garments (e.g., lingerie, bodysuits, underwear).
- Custom-made or personalized items.
