Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information
We are pleased to offer shipping services both domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are as follows:
* United States: Free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
* Canada: Free shipping on orders over $250.
* Rest of the World: Free shipping on international orders over $300.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your QÉNA pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
* U.S. Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. A $12 restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* Canada Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. However, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
* International Orders (Rest of World):
To maintain our commitment to sustainable logistics, all international orders outside of the U.S. and Canada are Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these orders. We highly encourage you to review our Size Guide or contact our team for fit advice before placing an international order.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at qena.atelier@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
