CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To keep your QÉNA pieces looking their best, we recommend the following care:
- Wash: Hand wash cold with similar colors. If using a machine, please use a laundry bag on a delicate cycle.
- Detergent: Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
- Dry: Do not tumble dry. Lay flat to dry in the shade to maintain fabric elasticity and shape.
- Ironing: Do not iron directly. Use a garment steamer on a low setting if needed. For velvet fabrics, steam from the inside out.
- Storage: We recommend hanging to avoid creasing, or folding neatly in a cool, dry place.

- United States: FREE on orders over $150. (Flat rate applies for orders under $150).
- Canada: FREE on orders over $250.
- Rest of the World: FREE on international orders over $300.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Window:
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return:
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition:
- Unworn & Unwashed: No signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or odors.
- Tags Attached: Original tags must still be attached.
- Original Packaging: Must be included and in good condition.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable):
For hygiene reasons, the following are FINAL SALE:

- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.
